AboutPhotoAbout Tim:

Tim Crowder is the founder and head trainer of Nuclear Athletes. He was drafted in the 2nd round of the NFL draft and played professionally for 5 years with the Denver Broncos and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also went to the University of Texas at Austin and started all 4 years at Defensive End. Tim played in back-to-back Rose Bowls, winning a National Championship in one of them. He received numerous accolades throughout his college career. Tim was also one of the top high school football players in the country, according to numerous magazines and rankings. Tim also played baseball in high school, and could once throw a fastball over 90mph. He played basketball as well but decided to focus solely on the other 2 sports.

Tim always had a knack for training athletes going back to his playing days. During his NFL career he would work out with, as well as train other NFL players during the offseason. He has also trained with many world-renowned trainers and coaches in their respective fields.  Once Tim retired, he took time off to study and analyze all sports. He noticed that many sports movements intertwine together. This is one of the reasons he recommends athletes play several sports, because it makes them a better athlete.

“During my pro career, I realized that training athletes was going to be my calling. There is nothing better than seeing an athlete’s face light up because they know all their hard work paid off. I want each athlete to reach their athletic potential, but most importantly I want them to reach their maximum potential in life. I challenge all of my athletes to separate themselves from the pack on and off the field. You do that by making good grades, honoring your parents and elders, and staying humble and hungry. If you do those things you will have no choice but to be successful in life.”
