Each class will start with speed & plyometrics (power training).
Class will last anywhere from 1:15-1:30.

OL: (Zone & Power step drills, Hand-to-hand combat, Kickset, etc.

DL: (BGO (6in.step), Shed Block tech., Hand-to-hand combat, Pass rush (multiple schemes), etc.)
