Each class will start with speed & plyometrics (power training).
Class will last anywhere from 1:15-1:30.

QB: (Throw Mech., Shotgun & Under center footwork, Routes, etc.)

WR/TE: (Ball drills, Stalk/Cut/In-line(TE) Block tech, press & off-man release tech., etc.)

RB: (Blocking, Ball security, Footwork, Routes (backfield and split positions), etc.)
