Each class will start with speed & plyometrics (power training).
Class will last anywhere from 1:15-1:30.

WR/TE (Ball drills, Stalk/Cut/In-line(TE) Block tech, press & off-man release tech., etc.)

DB (Ball drills, Shed block, Form tackling, Pedal series, Man & Zone tech., etc.)
