BEAST  PROGRAM

Ages: 11-17 ( Elementary, Middle, & High School group)

Program Emphasis:  Position Coaching, Speed & Agility, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility, Pre-habilitation

This is the “holy grail” of training programs. Our football grade school athletes are put through an 8wk strength, speed, and skill program. We focus on quality and train in small groups. Each athlete will be monitored individually for improvement. We conduct body fat testing, strength & speed testing, skill, and so on. At the end of the program we celebrate with a back to camp football scrimmage (no pads, no helmets). This gives athletes a chance to showcase their skills in a game type setting before camp. This program is what separates our athletes from the pack.

NOTE:  This program will be challenging but definitely produce results. You will find out a lot about your character and toughness while going through it. We are going to put you in tough, challenging situations everyday to build mental toughness. We are not only preparing you for the football season, but life.

Dates:  June 5 – July 29th      *Location: Old Settlers Park in Round Rock

Mon-Thurs:
—5:30pm- Group 1  (QB, TE, WR, LB,DB)
—7:30pm-Group 2  (OL/DL)

Sat (Makeup Day):
—9:00am- Group 1  (QB, TE, WR, LB,DB)
—11:00am-Group 2  (OL/DL)

Rates:
-24: $50 per session
-28: $46 per session
-32: $43 per session

***Only 4 sessions may be rolled over to the winter or spring! So please use most of your sessions before July 29,2017.

BALLER PROGRAM: FOOTBALL & SPEED SKILL ONLY

Ages: 11-17 ( Elementary, Middle, & High School group)

Program Emphasis: Position Coaching, Speed & Agility, Flexibility, Pre-habilitation

We are offering an 8wk speed and skill only summer program. It is against UIL rules for high schools to incorporate skill training in their summer programs. Weightlifting and conditioning are good, but will not teach you how to run routes, cover a receiver, or block. In order to improve at football you must practice at your skill. This is where we come in.

NOTE:  The practices will be held at the same time and place as the Beast program. Baller program athletes will train with Beast program athletes during the on-field portion of the workout only. Baller athletes will then perform pre-habilitation routine ( flexibility, deep tissue muscle release/activation), while Beast athletes are doing the strength & conditioning portion. This program does not include any strength & conditioning since athletes would be lifting at school.

VERY IMPORTANT

In order to achieve optimal performance each workout your body needs the proper fuel. Hydrate throughout the day with not only water, but sports drinks. Check urine levels. Light yellow to clear means good. Anything darker means dehydrated. Eat nutritional meals throughout day. Pre-workout meal should be 2-4hrs before workout consisting of GOOD carbohydrates and protein (fruits, vegetables, lean meats).We will conduct training in a shaded/covered area as well as sun. Please wear sun lotion & hats.  Athletic gear-Cleats, Tennis shoes, shorts, shirt, hat.
