Summer “BEAST” Football Program
Small Group

DatesJune 4, ends Aug. 4th.  (Ages-10-18)

EmphasisSpeed, Position coaching, Strength & Conditioning, Agility, Flexibility

Training days: 4-5 days/week. Mon-Thurs, Sat (makeup day) / Each session last 1:30-2hr

PositionsOffense- WR, TE, OL.  Defense- DL, LB, DB (QB,RB-we coach on a case by case basis)

Rate Options:

  • 15 sessions x $56 = $840
  • 20 sessions x $52 = $1040
  • 25 sessions x $48 = $1200
  • 30 sessions x $44 = $1320

**Since many athletes have summer work obligations & may not be able to attend school programs in the mornings, we offer our strength & conditioning program for the athletes in the evenings. This is when we incorporate our unorthodox methods, such as pushing/pulling vehicles, sandpit workouts, sleds, and resistance bands.
**If you attend the school program in the morning you will not be allowed to train in the strength or agility portion with us due to overtraining. We recommend signing up for “Baller” program.
**Re-evaluations: July 28-4th.
**Sessions expire on Aug. 4th. If you sign up for 20 or more sessions, 4 unused sessions will be allowed to rollover to next off-season.

Training days4-5 days/week. Mon-Thurs, Sat (makeup day) / Each session last 1:15-1:30hr

PositionsOffense- WR, TE, OL.  Defense- DL, LB, DB (QB,RB-we coach on a case by case basis)

Rate Options:

  • 15 sessions x $52 = $780
  • 20 sessions x $48 = $960
  • 25 sessions x $44 = $1100
  • 30 sessions x $40 = $1200

**This program is incorporated into the “BEAST” program and is for the athletes that attend summer strength & conditioning school programs.
**These athletes WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to perform strength & conditioning.
**You have the option to add-on our strength & conditioning program at the “BEAST” rates. In order to qualify, our strength program must be your main and only program.

We now offer customized strength & conditioning programs to youth sports teams, Elementary, Middle, and High schools on a case by case basis.  Please email or call for additional info.
