Summer Training Schedule

WEEKLY PRACTICE SCHEDULE (8-10WKS)

Both program athletes will train at the same time and place. If you are in the “Beast” program you will lift Total body on the day your position attends, which is 3x/wk. Everyone will receive a full 24hrs of rest before the next workout, which is valuable for results and overall health. On Saturdays, practice setup will be similar to a football practice. 9am group practice will consist of individual, 1-on-1, 5v5, situation football (redzone, 3rd down, 2min) and move the ball. 11am group will have individual, 1-on-1, halfline, etc. This allows the athletes to practice their technique in game like situations. Off / recovery days are vital. Please rest.

SUNDAYS
